Makes
Version 1 with 5mm offset y-axis - Fan 30-40 mm
Version 2 Fan 30-40 mm (can bump into top belt bearing so you have to extend x-axis stopper with 2mm)
Version 3 Fan 30 mm only (+ extra z height)
Here is version 3 of the mount for E3DV6 suited for only 30mm fan in front.
Placed the hot-end 5mm to the back so no loss in Y-axis anymore and no risk bumping into the left belt bearing. extra z height and front mount. Sensor PINDA 5.2 mm will fit
Mount print with support in Cura put on Enable Support Brim for better stick to bed of very small supports.
Ducts and front e3d mount can be printed without support laying flat on the bed.
You need 2x M4 hex screw, 18mm to mount the front. To mount the hotend to the printer you can turn the current M4 screws and screw into the model. It can be wise to use inserts for longer fit but I didn't have issues yet.
