uBitX Case for PLA

This is a remix of John's excellent uBitX case designed for PET, which you can find here:

Changes include:
Closures using 3mm self tapping screws, instead of clamshell style latches.
Clearances for fitting parts and through holes made slightly looser, to accommodate the stiffness of the PLA.

I have included a link to the original posting, you can get the custom knobs and microphone holder from there.

I also added an alternative case back, with an additional hole to accommodate a 13mm round fuse holder.
