Ultimate ACE upgrade

The S1 Combo is an amazing printer, but, the ACE is quite problematic. Out of the box, it promotes tangles and fails too often to serve the filament reliably. This design replaces the factory spool guide on the lid (S1) reusing the original screws. It provides the needed spool separators, spool upper guide, and filament guides without raising/worsening the pull angle. This design have proved to improve feed reliability. I strongly recomend against using any other upgrades that raises the pull angle any higher than the factory setup. So, no tubes, no raisers, no high rollers. All these do is worsen the reliability by moving the pull angle farther from the bottom rollers. Ideally, the pull angle should be between the rollers, straight down. But that is not a choice, so the factory angle is the optimal angle possible in this design. This design prints in 4 parts that need to be glued. Gluing guides are provided, these are 2mm holes where filament cuts are used as assembly guides. Use considerations: 1- Spools need to be placed straight with enough space between them for the separators. 2- The filament needs to be centered in front of the spools for the top to close. 3- Make sure filament in the middle of the openings before closing the ACE. 4- Always lock the ACE before printing.
