Ultimate Blade Sharpener
A sharpening block designed to use 50mm strips of wet/dry paper or sandpaper for utimate flexibility and cost effectiveness when sharpening blades of different purposes and grades.
Abrasive paper or cloth can be cut to strips 50mm wide. At either end of the base are slots to feed the paper through to keep it tight and in possition.
The blade is held by hand, against the interchangable angle block (thumbs on the back and fingers on top), which rides on a roller bearing carriage for smooth honing back and forth over the abrasive paper or cloth.
When sharpening some knives the handle may prevent getting to the base of the blade, however it is possible to use the angle blocks without the carriage to get to these areas.
Included in the files are 15, 17, 20, 25 and 30 degree blocks, which covers the majority of sharpening angle requirements.
However, included is a block blank to create your own custom angle if required.
*Some light sanding of the top
