I printed off two of the "Ulvheim" series of buildings assembled by the member here called Code2. They don't have doors. I told my players just to take it for granted a door is there, unless I say otherwise. My players like to give me a hard time with this since most of my other buildings have doors (and they think they're funny). So, I made a quick iron bound looking door, that stands alone as a quick and cheap solution. Hope this helps others.
