However, if you use thinner screws or adjust the honeycomb pattern thickness, you can maintain strength while saving filament.Connection of the SticksTo connect the "sticks" to the shelf, you will need:16 (2 for each stick) 4x25 wood screws.Dowels that are 20mm thick, and the length is up to you.To fix the dowels to the ends of the sticks, use 4 (1 for each external stick) 4x16 wood screws.Distance of the DowelsA distance of 170mm between the external portions of the stick shaft works well with my spoolsNotes and suggestions: This solution isn't the most efficient in terms of filament usage, but if you already have a strong shelf and prefer not to drill holes in your wall, it’s an adequate option.
