Universal Joint Coupling

A universal joint is a mechanical assembly designed to transmit rotational motion between two shafts that are not in a straight line, accommodating varying angles between them. To build this in CAD, you will create the yoke by extruding a U-shaped profile and cutting the precise holes, model the cross shaft with orthogonal cylinders extending from a central cube, and then assemble them by axially aligning the pins with the bearing holes to ensure free rotation, effectively completing the mechanism.
