Universal Spool Spindle

Following a comment on the original version, I decided the mix this together with another design. Once you've printed the parts, insert a skateboard bearing into the bottom of the bolt.

In use, place the spike on a flat surface, push the bolt through the center of the spool, add the nut to the top and screw until tight. Now place the spool onto the spike.
