Updated easy pill popper

This is a slight modification of Fix3D's fix of a third person's pill popper. I added a 4x5mm stub inside the back of the handle to hold the spring in place, made a slide with a slightly smaller centre hole as it was too big for some of my pills and added a small sphere to the point of the trigger to make it more accurate with small pills.
