This is an updated version of my original TIG electrode grinder.
It is still a work in progress.
There are a few improvements. There is now a slot in the side for cutting off a contaminated electrode.
You should be able to remove the attachment from your dremel without having to remove the diamond disc from the tool.
It should be quite a bit sturdier.
This is currently set up to use a 40mm diamond disc. I can configure it for different discs, I just need to know the diameter and thickness of the disc, the diameter of the arbor and the distance from the top of the threads on the dremel to the bottom of the disc (when it is bottomed out in the collet)
It currently is set up for 1/6", 3/32" & 1/8" electrodes with included angles of 15, 30 & 45 degrees.
I'm open to suggestions for additional angles. I just picked those randomly.
