Rather than spending a large chunk of money for the latest high capacity flash drives. You can find bare flash drives (just the circuit board and head) for cheap. Places like alibaba offer bare high capacity flash drives for a fraction of the money they cost from a retailer. I bought several 256G 3.0 drives for $20usd/piece. Then just print these files for an easy snap together finished memory stick.
Note:
There are two files for half 2. If you have a board with an led light on the back- you can use the file labeled (with-light). After printing I took a section of clear filament like petg and inserted it through the hole with some glue, and trimmed off the excess.
The two halves snap together fairly securely, but you can pull them apart with your fingernails or a knife. After dry testing the fit, I reccomend carefully applying a light layer of superglue to the outside perimeter and snapping together for a sealed fit.
Print settings:
I made drives with both NylonX and ABS.
