USB PD power trigger

I had some of these USB PD power only adapters so I modeled them so they could be cut out of other parts.

(WARNING THE VOLTAGE DIP SWITCH OPTIONS LISTED ON BACK OF THESE ARE WRONG. You will need to do some trial and error playing with the dip switches.)
