Really love the model from @Lukes3Dthe and the remix of @ScrappyCoco. This model uses the ratchet mechanics of the original design, just modified the shaft to make it open on one side making it easier to insert and remove a toothpaste. You might to use a pliers to separate the open end. Open end shaft
