V6 Engine

Designed and assembled a detailed V6 engine model using CATIA V5, focusing on precision, realism, and functional design understanding. This project involved creating and integrating key components such as the engine block, cylinder heads, intake system, exhaust manifolds, and dual air filters into a fully constrained assembly. Emphasis was placed on accurate component alignment, clean routing of piping systems, and maintaining symmetry to reflect real-world engineering practices. Through this work, I strengthened my skills in parametric modeling, assembly management, and mechanical visualization. The project also deepened my understanding of engine architecture, airflow pathways, and how individual components interact within a compact V6 configuration. This model represents not just CAD proficiency, but the ability to think like a mechanical engineer—balancing design, function, and clarity in a complex system.
