This is a variable length pushrod for radio controlled (RC) models.

To complete the pushrod, we need 1.2mm steel wire, 2mm threaded rod (M2), and two M2 nuts.

The video below shows how the pushrod should be made and assembled.

Print using 0.1mm layers.

When slicing Part 1, you need to insert a pause command so that you can embed the M2 nut(s) in the printed part.

I used the Micro EZ link on Thingiverse to clip the end of the 1.2mm wire to the servo horn.
