Vector Snow Blower

Updated: STL should be fixed now

This is a snow blower attachment designed for the Anki Vector robot, should be compatible with Cozmo as well.

Should be compatible with the following motors:
* https://tinycircuits.com/collections/motors
* https://www.servocity.com/motors-actuators/gear-motors/light-duty-gear-motors/micro-gear-motors

ToDo:
* Figure out motor drive, or battery situation.
* Potentially change pulley size or "V" vs "flat" on inner dimension
* Could change pulley to gear
* Add flange for inner snowblower blow scoop
* Make thrower movable
* Make thrower bigger and better
