A kitchen gadget to carve rossetes out of vegetables. Only one piece. No metal parts required. Just use it like regular pencil sharpener for carrots ;)
IMPORTANT!
The blade requires sharpening. It can be done with a file or you can just make the blade pointy with a sharp knife. Otherwise, if it was printed round, it wont peel.
2 variants- one with extra grip.
If your vegetable is too short, you can turn it with a fork. A grip handle in progress ;)
