Vertical Camera Mount

We needed to create a camera mount that would allow us to mount it vertically hanging over scene. We based the design was based on a french cleat so that the camera would be drawn more securely towards the mounting surface with the weight of the camera. We modified the basic french design to keep the camera stably located horizontally as well.
