The premise of this design is to allow electricity to be generated from anyway the wind is blowing this would allow a simpler design and more electricity to be produced. With this small foot print, there could be a lot more wind mills. Windmills now have to be huge to catch enough wind to move. With this design windmills could cost less to build, be more efficient and better looking. Thanks!
