Very simple VESA 75x75 Wall mount

Very simple VESA adapter 75x75 to mount a screen on the wall.You need M4 screws > 40mm for the screen as well as one ore two screws for mounting it on a wall ( I used spax 4mm) I have printed it with somenthing like 30% infill (cannot tell anymore) and its working since over 4 years.
