vespa split repaired

Not perfect, but repaired in sketchup so that it WILL PRINT from repetier host.
Seems there are still plenty of faces and vertices needing deleted, but I included sketchup file if you want it.
original had tons of issues. Spent about an hour cleaning this up, removing double faces and intersecting faces.
