I designed a 3.5mm audio jack adapter for my 1928 Vibroplex Lightning Bug.
Parts used were:
- 3.5mm audio jack: https://a.co/d/12vdvaj
- 2 ring terminals I sourced from Ace Hardware. I bought some with the red insulation on the end and cut it off, soldered some wire into it and called it a day.
I found taking a 1/4in drill bit works to "debur" the audio jack receptacle in the print in case you print without supports and lets installing the jack a little easier.
