I created those vice jaws for softer hold to prevent scratching the surface of the holded element. Tolerances are made for tight fit so you can keep them. I also shared the .f3d file so you can change every parameter in Fusion 360 under Design > Solid > Modify > Change Parameters. To get proper measurements of your metal vice jaw use caliper with accuracy of 0.1mm. Accurate measurements are important for tight fit to prevent movemenet of the jaws side to side. You can also change the depth of the cutouts so you can hold rounded objects better. Print profile is made for Sunlu PETG. The model is very strong with 4 walls and 100% infill so this is very hard to break and impossible by hand. Update 1 (01.07.2025): Testing new feature Parametric Model Maker
