Another DYI videolight.
The LED takes 12V 2A (24W), but it can be run higher voltage as seen on BigClives video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIspnsBp3o4
You can use the light without a diffuser but I printed a thin white PETG layer to break the led pattern for more smooth light.
Also I lost the tripod attachment part so you have to desing it yourself. Not hard and probably will be better than mine.
The weird .stl file called "LEDframe" is to hold the led and heatsink steady. Dont need this if you glue the heatsinks to the frame.
Passive cooling, doesnt heat too much without FAN at 12V 2A. Additional cooling maybe recommended if running higher voltages.
I use this dimmer to control the power or make it blink etc: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Pro-DC-5-24V-Mini-RF-Wireless-Led-Remote-Controller-Led-Dimmer-Controller-XCP5/253306217219?hash=item3afa3a2303:m:m180C6YzioQwZBf7JtJcS3Q:rk:2:pf:0
You need:
M3 bolts and nuts
Heatsink plaster glue
M4 bolt and nut
Wire etc.
