Violin/Viola Bow Holder

This is an adaptation of Fflood's design for "Shea's Viola Bow Holder". This has been adapted to work for a younger player who needs support in the area of the ring and pinky fingers.

The bow can be held traditionally or can be held with the player placing their thumb on the bottom of the frog.

The file can also be mirrored to work for a player who is holding their bow on the left.

Pictured is my prototype which failed printing at about 95% and was printed in a left-handed configuration for the player. The advantage to the failed print is that it easily slides off the end of the bow to fit in the case and can be secured with an inexpensive hook and loop cable wrap.
