So when the Montana mask came out I ordered filters from a company in Montana and I like them they are square and made of a material comparable to a surgical mask. I did not like the method that was used to secure them to the Montana mask. I have downloaded and printed a few different types of masks but they started making them thinner and quicker to print. I have snapped a few along the print lines just squeezing to hard. So I have used Tinker cad to re-mix a couple of designs to get a mask I wanted.
First I like this mask body but once again I did not like the way the filter attached.
COVID-19 MASK (Easy-to-print, no support, filter required) by lafactoria3d on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4225667
Step 1: I took this mask body and shrank it to various sizes that I call:
Child – 99 mm chin to top of nose.
Small – 106 mm chin to top of nose.
Medium – 116 mm chin to top of nose.
Large – 132 mm chin to top of nose.
Second I loved the screw on nose of this
