Volt Tick Clock

an arduino nano is the heart and brains of this volt meter clock and a real time clock chip maintains precise timing. The arduino code is done such that you can easily (via text based serial monitor in the arduino software) set time, read time, test meters, etc

shout out to andrew who's a great friend and fellow brains on this project as I am quite useless still with arduino coding.
