Wall Anchor

A wall anchor using a thin printed handle to allow maneuvering the anchor through the hole and securing until a bolt is inserted

The goal is to produce a toggle bolt replacement that is resonably strong and at a lower price than the current option found here https://www.mcmaster.com/#97121a043/=1dxcrxm pull out strength is 50 psi and cost is $0.422 each.

V1: does not provide enough strength. breaks occur in line with the hole. Flexibility in the strings works great but printing the finger tabs above the string height causes a lot of unnecessary travel.

V2: Increased the size of the holder to accommodate a 1/4-20 nut this should provide better purchase to threads and some strength when pulled against. the finger tabs on the strings were reduced to the same thickness as the strings.
