Simple wall hook. Print in place, on one side. Should not require support. Super solid, I've been using them to hang inflatable paddle boards, backpacks with water bottles, tools, they have been super good so far.
I print with two walls using an 0.8 mm nozzle, but the more walls the stronger it will be.
