Warehouse Bin

Thought about doing something special for my 100th upload.

Then I thought, nah, I'm going to post a dumpster.

This was something I made a long time ago and somehow never quite got around to uploading. It's based on a particular storage bin that I use a lot of at my job, and so I made a scale model of it to impress my coworkers. If you're ever in Vail Colorado near gondola 19, keep an eye out. Actually, you know what? I'm gonna go ahead and say that if you can send me a picture of one of these bins (full-scale, IRL), I will do a free 3D-model commission for you (within my ability).

The wheels turn, the lid can open and close, there's a 'prop' bar that rotates and can be used to prop the lid in a half-open position, there's a face piece (placed behind the model so that it uses a little less support) that attaches to the front of the bin, and there are a couple of tiny holes to attach strings to hold the lid up (if you're really dedicated).
