Wasbot

I decided to upgrade my wombot to a complete linear rail for the Z axis as I was pretty sick of the wheels not performing well. This is my own design based off of using MGN12 linear rails for the Z axis.

The linear rails need to be as long as your Z axis travel. Take into account the 30mm for extrusion each end of the travel when working out your linear rail length.

Instead of purchasing v-slot nuts I decided to simply print my own. I have been using my printer every day for over a year with printed nuts, so I know they work well. I printed everything in PLA. For the printed nuts I simply tapped them out as either M3/M4/M5 to suit.
