Pull the pin and throw them fast, they will explode!! Transform your Water Balloons in Water Grenades INSTRUCTIONS: Intoduce the tip of the balloon and clip it in, then secure it with the pin. You can use a spring from any kind of pen to make the latch fly off when thrown and to ensure the balloon is released.
