Wave Power (rough draft)

2 new concepts for wave power generator.

bobber style floating top with spring and heavy column of floating magnets attached to floats possibly a air bladder aswell to make it osciallte more or even just simple spring. can convert mild waves into a seperate oscillating column that can generate power. when its closer proximity to a breakwall it can bounce higher.

quad arm style where the waves bend arms before reaching the center mass. using 4 linear slides(rack and pinion) this can be converted into electrical energy easily. would be for higher density waves could use hydraulics instead to drive a turbine can be built small or large. as the wave passes over the whole platform tilts providing greator range of swing on the arms.


thermal ocean engines may be possible using temperature differences in the deeper water and solar ontop.
