Remember the Hollywood flick The Day After Tomorrow? That was actually a scientifically reasonable accurate movie. If the ocean current slow down, the planet goes into a new ice age.
And in Panama it has been scientifically proven to have started. No cold upwellings this year...
So yeah, lets boost some economies, enable whole communities, teach the next engineers, while cooling down the ocean and stopping an actual ice age.
