Webbing Shelf Bracket

I needed to temporarily mount a work light to the square post of my back patio. I didn't want to drill any holes. So a 1" wide tie-down strap was used to capture this mounting plate, which was made universal by just providing some bolt holes into which I could attach whatever custom device I needed to attach.

The assembly shows the webbing (orange), shelf bracket (gray), and a simple "tool end" (blue).
