WebImpact statute

Long, long ago, there was a company "The Vision Web." It housed a group named "WebImpact" doing things that others only dreamed of.
Within a few weeks, this brave group will join back together for an old-fashioned thing called "a Frozzle weekend" (whatever that may be).
Because it will be a developers party you would never forget, it is a real pitty that most of you will not be invited.
As a little plea, I offer you the statute of the group.
