It's a wheel. Part of a project that may or may not be eventually completed. Modify and use it however you see fit. If you have an idea for how to make a snap-fit version or some other axle attachment system, go ahead and do it, or send me the specs and I'll add another version here. Arbirarily drawn at 20mm overall diameter, so you may need to rescale it.
