This is a simple wheel with a keyway cut into the hub. It can be used on a vehicle or as a flywheel or turbine. There's a groove on the outside to accommodate an O-ring or drive belt.
If the wheel is printed 200 mm in diameter, the hole in the hub is 20 mm in diameter with an 8 mm deep keyway.
