Here are files for GWR and BR Whitings drawn full size so scale to suit your model.

The Great Western Railway built these long wheelbase 2 plank wagons for the Signal &Telegraph Department based at Reading. They were used to transport signalling equipment around the network. British railways built more after nationalisation with some alterations to the bodywork and brakegear.
