Window Handle Frame replacement

Those crappy handle frames are very popular in Estonia, and maybe somewhere else in Western Europe. They break like consumables and I wanted a solid lifetime solution.
Designed to replace this fragile frame from photos. Need to clip out lots of unnecessary plastic on the original handle in order to make it work - rigid sidecutters are advised.
This requires some in-slicer splitting into 2 halves to work as I intended - do it as you please, on a screenshot I show how I did mine to have a straight connection line.

I also added a split version that I didn't test - it doesn't require glue for holding it in place, but will look worse - file tolerance of up to 2mm, can be adjusted easilly in blender with vertical view. (edit - it works, but requires minimum support to print due to champfer)
