Window Screen Corner

When a corner piece of my aluminum window screen frame corroded and broke in half causing the screen to collapse I modeled and printed a replacement in ABS and rebuilt the screen. The frame reassembled easily and fit back into the window perfectly.

Just wanted to share incase this happened to others.

Material: ABS, White/Natural
Infill: 25% honeycomb
Layer Height: 0.10 mm
Nozzle: 0.4 Diameter
