Window Shade Facia Hangers

Attachments, hangers, hooks & adapters for window shade facias. My neighbor kindly gave me a bunch of wooden window shades he was trading out for those fancy shaker style shades. They come with nice corner-mitered facia boards. They're in great shape. But, my old shades are not mounted flush to the wall. And the hooks on the new facias are not long enough to reach the shade, if I just install it in the old mounts. So, either I find or produce longer mounting hooks... Or, I remove and re-install about 40 mounting brackets! No way! I thought about it a little bit, and developed this adapter I could hook onto the metal enclosure at the top of the shade. I gave it adjustable grooves for the hooks to drop into. Works like a charm. The hooks are replacements for flat facias without corners that fit inside the window opening. Those hooks tend to get brittle and break when removing or replacing the facia. That's actually another thing I uploaded a few years ago called Window Blin
