Window Tilt Latch

This window tilt latch is reversible to be used on the left or right side. It was created for my father who goes through about one of these every other month from the 3 properties he owns. They sell locally for about $5.00 but they are either not the right fit or always out of stock. Once these tilt latches fail, you can break the window if they are not replaced; I know because we have done it. With this file, we can have any window fixed in just over an hours time.
