Windproof Hook For Decorations

Ok so this is a windproof hook I made for use on my outdoor christmas tree. I use a pole so it can be lifted by either the small ring at the bottom (With 1 prong pole) or larger ring at the top(using a two prong pole). You tie the decoration to the smaller ring at the bottom then twist the pole to open the flap and pop it over the branch and voila its hung and won't blow off.
