schlem suggested using a hex-to-1/4" adapter on a previous socket driver upload and that seemed like a good idea. I didn't have any adapters handy but when looking for one I came across a hex drive socket, which serves the same purpose for my use case. Not as flexible as using an adapter, but 3d printed wings can be used with a hex adapter or any other hex bit.
