Wire Bender

I decided to make a wire bender so I designed it in Blender to see how it would work. I may not print it but make it of wood instead.

I thought the stls might be useful for someone. If you print it let me know how it turns out.

There is an stl showing how they fit together. One 1/4 inch rod goes through the hole nearest the guides to act as a fulcrum. Two other 1/4 rods go into the other holes in the handle. Attach the two guide halves onto the base with, I think, 3mm bolts. Slide the halves together so one fulcrum side aligns with the fulcrum and the other is snug with the wire side. Your wire is ready to bend. Just pull the handle where two rods push the wire around the fulcrum. I hope this helps.
