Compliant mechanism wire clamp. Printed and optimized for basic PLA.
Organize your spools of wire / solder to terminate in one modular hub.
Always have your different wires available from one, easy to reach, place.
Easy to swap and replace wires.
Supports wires and cables up-to ~4.5mm diameter.
My previous design used springs + 3 parts, causing for spectacular explosions of the mechanism when making a wrong move (whilst trying to replace the wires).
This new version is designed as a single part that can be easily printed. I included the Fusion360 file in case you need to adjust the clearance opf the dovetail joints.
The current version is using ~0.15 to 0.2mm clearance, wich works perfectly for my Bambu P1S.
