A handle for a wire loop.
As part of a mod to a VW T5 rear bench seat I needed a nice way to pull a wire loop. It needs quite a bit of force so just pulling with bare fingers is no fun at all. This design is simply a tube running inside a toroid with the wire pushed in the hole, travelling around the tube and exiting though the same hole. Part of it's beauty is that it can only really be made on a 3d printer as the tube for the wire is printed in place - subtractive manufacturing just can't do that.
The inner toroid is sized for a nominal 1.5mm wire and is deliberately offset so that there's more material where it's needed. Print it upright for maximum strength or on its side for a quicker but slightly weaker print.
