Wizard remix

This is a remix I made for better printing on my Ender 3. Here's what I changed

* Increased size to 28mm scale (original seems to be 25mm heroic scale)
* Increased the diameter of the staff for better stiffness
* Made it baseless for printing with supports + raft
* Flattened out forward foot for easier baseless printing


Printed using Cura 4.6 and the mini profile from [Fat Dragon Games](https://www.fatdragongames.com/fdgfiles/?p=4934). For easy to remove supports, I use the following Cura settings:

* Generate Support: yes
* Support Placement: Everywhere
* Support Overhang Angle: 63
* Support Pattern: Zig Zag
* Connect Support ZigZags: yes
* Support Wall Line Count: 0
