WS2811 String LED Cap

This design is simple ball shaped cap for some of the cheap WS2811/WS2812 based LED strings.

This is originally a design I made in Fusion360, but as I though some people may want to be able to easily adapt to their own LED/String, I remade it with a similar design in OpenSCAD so you can customise it directly here on Thingiverse.



If the costumisation do anything weird; please tell me so I can try to fix the issue.

updates:
Rev 1: Added pointy sphere, available in customisation, allow to make instead of a boring sphere, a really fancy one with pointy bits all around! Available only via customisation. (not enabled by default)
Rev 2: Added a way to cut the pointy bits. It may make the need support to print properly depending on how you set the cut.
Rev 3: Corrected a manifold issue because of OpenSCAD accuracy "issue". Updated the spiky render with the correction.
